This release ships a unified billing workspace for Flows, document intake and portal improvements, thread sharing in Answers, and a set of fixes across Papers.

Billing workspace, settlements, and credit notes in Flows

Flows gets a unified billing workspace for settlements and credit notes, built on a stronger shared-period billing model. The workspace brings review and settlement of billing periods into one place instead of several scattered views.

Client group editing tools ship alongside a data model split between billing groups and client groups, so firms can manage billing at the group level independent of how clients are organized. Projects also gain a per-service stage axis, letting teams track progress separately for each service within a project.

Deliberate filenames on upload

Every upload surface now asks for a filename and description before a document saves, replacing auto-generated names with ones a reviewer can recognize at a glance.

Auto-publish to client portals

Documents can auto-publish to client portals by attribute rule. Folder organization for portal documents is now live in production for BMC, Lucida, and Denari.

K-1 splitting and routing

K-1s can be split and routed to both the individual entity and the business entity that hold them, instead of filing to a single entity.

Thread sharing in Answers

Answers threads can now be shared within a firm, so a teammate can open and continue a shared conversation instead of starting a new one.

Papers improvements

• The Net Income line is now tax-mappable, keyed on its source_id, with consolidated eliminations routed to the parent entity.

• Trial balance tables poll for updates and relay invalidations across open tabs, so a change made in one tab shows up in the others.

• Weekly roll-forward stays on its original day of week instead of drifting.

• Signing out now clears the cached auth token in sibling tabs, fixing a login loop caused by remote logout.

Fixes

• Documents edited by replace-on-save editors now upload correctly instead of losing edits.

• The DOCX editor toolbar stays legible in dark mode.

• Named-tool policies now include toolkitSlug in their identity, fixing a policy check in Answers.
